SPECIALISMS: ABUSE, TRAUMA, DOMESTIC VIOLENCE, ANXIETY and DEPRESSION

I previously worked as a clinical psychologist with child survivors of abuse and adults suffering from a wide range of neuropsychological problems. I continued my work as a counsellor for international students at the university assisting clients with anxiety, phobia, depression, self-esteem/self-image issues, bullying and cultural adjustment difficulties.

I am committed to working with survivors/thrivers of domestic violence, abuse, trauma and post-traumatic stress, anxiety and depression. The core of my practice centres on helping survivors get through all stages of healing and empowering them to regain control over their lives, enhancing their inner resilience and redeveloping trust in themselves and their interpersonal relationships. What has been taken away can be regained. It is possible to heal which must happen at each person’s pace.

Do you have a history of childhood abuse? Would you like to help yourself to overcome your pain and learn to manage your life better?

It is open to anyone over the age of 18 in the Watford area.
